We had another kick-off meeting last night at the Oxford Hotel.

Present were:

Issues discussed were (in no particular order):

• The Next Meeting, probably next week, at 2.00 pm prior to pickup, at School, perhaps Wednesday? Can people confirm this.
• We need to confirm Proposed Date: Last Sunday in October, 31st (Halloween, for those who don't believe)
• We don't want to clash with the Capuccino Festival Date < Karen to confirm with Vincent Town Council
• We need to confirm that Building Completion will not interrupt < Paola to keep updating us on progress
• We need to book rides immediately < Nicola < Sally
• We need to get a Contact from each class so that we can identify Stall Owners and Teams < Rhoda < Dorthe
• Get website up and running and post info < Alex
• Need to confirm purpose of the fete? Marketing to identify a theme? Sustainability: firming up as the theme < Marketing (anyone?)
• We need to rationalise stalls/rides based on income projections < Marketing (anyone?)
• We need to start identifying slots on the Timetable (10 – 2) to be able to book talent < (anyone?)
• Create maps for activities so that we don't end up with too many high energy activities and not enough passive ones, too much crap food, not enought healthy, too many plants and not enough animals or minerals < Alex
• Review locations for suitability of stalls < (anyone?)
• Prepare plan for presentation to Paola and the P&C by the 16th. < Alex
• Ideas [Music – busking spots – location planning; Champagne and strawberries in the art room overlooking the Fete Grounds??? (Permission, Context, Management, Liquor licensing!)]
