Review Priorities for next few weeks

• Volunteers: Having read all the Feedback sheets (http://northperthprimarypnc.org/drupal/content/2006-feedback-sheets-secured) the issue of needing to ensure we have all parents involved in some capacity has been driven home. Everyone who wrote a review said, "wow, what a great event, but bugger me, am I exhausted", which is a recipe to ensure that none of us help on the next one. I think we need to review all our strategies for getting all parents involved in the lead up and then on the day, perhaps even having two crew sets, one for preparation, one for the day, perhaps? but certainly a roster such that no one works more than 2 hours on the day.
