Theme

• Sustainability is the Theme.
• How can we manifest our theme?
  • Alex to see if Daan (Chess Meister and Coralee's husband) can come up with some contribution as he is professionally involved in this area.
  • Alex to engage the Environmental Committee to see if they would like to be involved.
  • Ali to check Sabrina Hahn’s availability for the 31st and see if we can extend her scope to include more sustainability related issues.

Class Stalls

• Identify Stalls without Fete Committee Supporter and allocate: Done
• The Stalls Committe committed to:

  • Having Organisers for all Class Stalls prior to the end of the March so that we can announce it in the newsletter.

  • Producing a document to help Fete Organisers/Volunteers to manage the process.

Other Stalls

• Stall Owners meeting on the 25th of March

  • Fete Committee Supporters to work through previous strengths/weaknesses of each stall with Stall Organisers based on previous fete

Rides

• We have a holding booking on a giant slide/water slide which can be confirmed after P&C sign off on the Fete.
• Town of Vincent was suggested as a potential sponsor for the slide.
• Other rides/slides, climbing walls, etc. were discussed around the Sustainability theme.

Stall and Facility Map

• Given the greater number of stalls and the lesser amount of space at our disposal, we need to map all the locations out and look at how they all fit into the time frame. Multi-use of sites will be looked at. Alex to source site map and review Daily running sheet to ensure that we have space/time for everything.
