Sustainability Theme - Cathy
- Cathy to meet with all Stall Convenors in order to coordinate as much of the presenation and fabrication of materials for stalls from recyclable or sustainably produced materials.
- Get rubber stamps made with Fete logo with the words "Sustaining Children for more than 100 Years" or something similar.
- Move to a standard docket to be attached to all items for sale. This needs to be designed.
- Visit RAMEDA with a view to joining (P&C to fund, if acceptable), and use as source for materials for both school and Fete activities. See: http://remidawaevents.weebly.com/index.html

Class Stalls Report - Karen
- Everything motoring along.
- Karen to talk to Tracy about possibly getting a Renovated Car show happening.
- Karen will create on-line accounts for all Users so that they are wired into the North Perth P&C DNA - HAS THIS BEEN DONE YET?
- Rhoda will be canvassing each Convenor on formulations for seed funding as well space and other amenities required on the day- HAS THIS BEEN DONE YET?
- Rhoda to assist in finalising the themes for each Class Stall, ensuring they comply with the School's Operating Principal's.- HAS THIS BEEN DONE YET?

- Need to consider marketing of the Fete. Convenor and Team, can we have some recommendations please.
- List of Companies which provide goods and services to the School has been provided to Stephanie to follow up for Sponsorhip.

Food and Beverage Report - Sally
- Sausage Sizzle needs to be adequately resouced to ensure every parents gets a turn to play with their kids as well as cook a sausage.
- Looking at the possiblity of using the Kindy Kitchen for a Cook-off Competition hosted by Andrew Streeton and involving any number of celebrity chefs from the nearby community. Needs to be discussed and planned in detail.
- Sally to talk to Fremantle Josh to see if we can't get him to do the Gardening Stall.

All Stall Convenors to URGENTLY provide:

the monetary support required prior to the day - a list of logistical requirements for the day (power, billboards, tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
- determine how much space they will need
- how long they will run for.

- We are also desperate for Storage Space. Could everyoneput out the call for some space to store the Fete things which will begin to accumulate shortly.
- Alex to ask Phil to ask Nick if we can use the garage at the old Police Station.

- Nicola need $325 deposit for Giant Slide - Colin to provide on Tuesday night after invoice presented

- Discussed idea of pre-selling All-Day Ride tickets prior to Fete, whereby each child would get unlimited access to all rides on the day. Nicola to advise.

It would help to get more buy in from helpers if all help required was broken down into bite-sized chunks and distribute to everyone - Food, ensure we’ll have enough
- Daan makes great pancakes and can put on a display/sale
- Music – need to get this fired up
- Second hand clothing – seconds clothing is always a popular one!

- Colin – financial security and processes – bagman on the day

It was suggested that the following couples could provide a well-needed boost to the Entertainment Group (and perhaps draw out a closet Convenor). So, in order to test the effectiveness of the website's communicative abilities, I am going to name them and see if they seek me out to confirm:

- While it would be unusual, as were Fred and Ginger, Doris and Rock, etc. perhaps the Entertainment Convenor could be a couple! What pride their children would be entitled to take...
