Marketing

• New flyers printed and to be sent out to be deliverers.
• Ad has appeared in the Voice and is to appear in the Guardian.
• Teaghan has questions for interviewing minstrals

Entertainment

• Phil to call Murray and find out if there are any needs in the PA area?

Food and Beverage

• Cooking Professor (Peter Kenyon) requires three tables.
• Cooking Professor will be bringing banner in on Saturday. We need to add "Here at 1.00 pm" on the banner.
• Ro to bring double burner and gas bottle. Alex to bring spare bottle.
• Phil: is there going to be a separate for headset/mic for the Chefs??
• Dropping back to one fairy floss stall.
• Leaf and Bean - will donate 1kg of coffee.
• Alex to pick 200 eggs up from Glory Box and deliver to the Tuck Shop on Saturday afternoon.
• Ali to notify that purchases of cake ingredients should begin now.

Rides

• Alex to follow up for finals on Pony costs : Ride costs: still need to resolve this.

Stallholders

• All stalls will be set up on Saturday 30th.

Logisitics

• Colin will be attending the Stall Meeting on Thursday to advise the Stall holders as to the money collecting process.
• Teaghan to create a list of issues and who to call when we need a response to be hung around stall holder's neck.
• Alex to ask Robyn Newman if we can borrow 20 yellow vests if they have any hanging around

Raffle and Auction

• Fiona to provide list of auctionable items to Alex.
• Alex to post list of Auctionable and Raffleable material on the Website. Ali to send out in email to all parents.
• Alex to ring Liquor Licensing if a low-rent raffle requires a permit.
• Alex to bring 5 baskets to Phils so that we can organise everything there.

Assembly

Alex to ask Paola if he can have a few minutes to address the assembly with last minute updates on:

• Drop-off Day is Saturday
• Cakes and Preserves - we need more - bring them on Saturday or Sunday
• Spruik the big ticket items on the Auction list, including go and look on our website for a full list
• ....
• Any more ideas for the announcement, please let me know.
