Marketing

• What's to go into the last flyer:
  • We need some home brewing drums > 30 ltr
  • To ensure that everyone gets a chance to buy the best gear from the stalls, we are asking all stall-holders to kindly refuse any offers to purchase goods prior to the 10.00 start.

Entertainment

• All sorted.

Food and Beverage

• Ro to bring double burner and gas bottle. Alex to bring spare bottle.
• Miranda, is there going to be a separate for headset/mic for the Chefs??
• Alex to pick 200 eggs up from Glory Box and deliver to the Tuck Shop on Saturday afternoon.
• Alex to go to Cash and Carry and get water. Need Karen's RAC Card.
• Settled on 2,000 sausages for the sausage sizzle.

Rides

• Tickets for all rides will be $4 each of 6 for $20
• Looking for a marquee for two people or two beach umbrellas or a market umbrella
• Phil needs to know how many amps the rides draw - Nicola to contact providers

Stallholders

• All Set.
   

Logisitics

• We need access to the rooms from 7.30 am on Saturday. Phil to talk to Paola about getting access to the keys.
• Do we want to ask the cleaner if they are prepared to work on the Sunday?
• Fiona to ask Tony Lendrum if he would be prepared to take photos.

Raffle and Auction

• Steph and Alex to sort out all raffle packages Tuesday morning.
• We need 6 special guest packs.
• Pick up celophane from school.
