The process will go something like this:

1. The constraints: The Fete Committee in concert with Paola and her team all agree on what we would like to see and how it has to work.
2. The call: The call goes out to all the parents for a representative and team from every class, who will own the rest of the process for their stall.
3. The presentation: All Stall Teams get together with the Fete Committee and work through all the ideas and come up with a shortlist.
4. The final ideas: The Stall Teams settle on their ideas and work up a plan as to how they will be implemented, including what resources they will need.
5. The planning: The Fete Committee works with the Stall Teams to finalise the integrated plan and firm up resources to be provided and coordinated.
6. The preparing: The Stall Teams work to deliver their produce such that it will be ready for the day of the Fete.
7. The setup: The Stall Teams setup up their stalls and prepare for the onslaught.
8. The operation: The onslaught.
9. The cleanup: The cleanup, such that the school is returned to its pristine form.
