... the yr 5 stall is a Science Stall and we are selling soap and wind chimes and helium balloons and we will have a science show and bubble - blowing for an activity .
We do not need power or water , we need 2 - 3 tables with some space in front , under cover preferably so that the helium balloons don't fly off straight away , R15 would be great if it's available .

The Year 4 cake stall will be on the PP grassed area we will need power and hot water plus fridge access etc etc...
1. Where do you want your stall to be located? PP grassed area
2. Do you need any power? If so, what will it be used for? Power for kettles, urns...
3. Do you need any water? If so, what will it be used for, and will it require drainage? No issue with drainage we'll manage...

1. Where do you want your stall to be located?
R15- next to the two Kindy stalls if possible, perhaps along in front of the artroom?
2. Do you need any power? If so, what will it be used for?
- There is a possibility we'll be doing pizza by the slice as a part of stall (yet to be finalised) so a power source for 3 or 4 pizza ovens may be required.
3. Do you need any water? If so, what will it be used for, and will it require drainage?
- Access to the artroom or kindy for hand/utensil washing would be all that's required
4. Do you have any other special requirements for your stall?
- Just say 2 or 3 tables for display, and perhaps one low round table like the PP or kindy use with some chairs for our arty activity so the children have somewhere they can sit.
We'd prefer a shady location as the preserves might suffer in the sun.

1. Where do you want your stall to be located? R5 or S5. We would like our stall to be around that courtyard. We will be selling homemade lemonade, so want to be close to the grassed area, where tables will be set up for people to eat and drink.
2. Do you need any power? If so, what will it be used for? We don´t need power
3. Do you need any water? If so, what will it be used for, and will it require drainage? We will need drinking water to make the lemonade. We will bring a few water coolers, but would like to have access to water in case we run out.
4. Do you have any other special requirements for your stall? Will need cover if it rains.
5. how much space does your stall need / what are the preferred dimensions of your stall please? We will need to have 2 tables: one to sell our homade toys and gifts and another to prepare and sell the lemonade (maybe 2m x 1m each table). The tables have to be separate from each other. ),

1. Location: U10, in the corner of the school yard, under the trees, near the entrance to the secret play ground
2. Power: No
3. Water: No
4. Special requirements: Would like to use the tress for display of our products, 2-3 of tables depending on size
5. Dimensions: 8x3m

...Miss Rosato’s Yr 3 Halloween theme would like to be outside the Yr 3 classroom (rm 13) and we will probably need power? Not sure on any other special requirements at this stage...will let you know asap!

"The plant stall' would prefer same place as before - under the trees in the courtyard so there's a bit of shade, access to tap and can use benches to get plants off the ground. Worked well last time. Dazza
Here is Kindy B’s info...
Location – preferable next to Kindy A on the kindy verandah ?Q/R15 – we will have choc’s etc that will melt will need shady location.
Water – will need access to tap nearby, as our kids’ activity is messy and things will need washing up during the day.
Power – I think the fairy floss is being made and sold as part of our stall, so if so will def need power.
Please let me know if you need any more info.
